Short week... we have Friday off. Woohoo!!

7:15 a.m: Cereal, flax seed, with rice milk.

9:00 a.m: Handful of almonds.

12:00 p.m: Exact same salad as yesterday. I also had some trail mix (not the healthy kind) that was in the kitchen.

2:30 p.m: Almonds, again.

Exercise (6:00 p.m): 1 hour with trainer.

8:00 p.m: Banana while it was cooking. Boiled a potato, baked some broccoli and zucchini in olive oil and had it all with greek yogurt.
