I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

11:30 a.m: Cereal with rice milk.
Exercise (2:30 p.m): 30 mins on treadmill and 30 mins of weights.
4:00 p.m: Veggies with hummus.
6:00 p.m: Protein shake. Rice milk, protein powder, banana, strawberries.
I went to a BBQ. It was good times. I was there like 3 a.m. Yikes. I enjoyed the company.
Food... umm, no photos but I pretty much ate spinach dip or hummus with nachos or pita, grilled veggies and hmm, that's it. It was just a lot of that. There were like 4 vegetarians there so lots of veggies.
