6:30 a.m: Cereal with rice milk. Banana.
Exercise (7:00 a.m): 1 hour with trainer. Killed the legs! Paiiiiiin. I needed it though. Last two days have been all work, no exercise.
8:45 a.m: Protein bar.
12:45 p.m: Indian buffett. I was prepared for this and knew I was going to do it. I feel ok. Just gotta watch it for the rest of the night.
