Sunday.

It's Sunday, and I don't care if I do nothing all day because you know what? I have all week off. Yay!

1:00 p.m: Protein shake. Rice milk, strawberry, banana, flax seed, protein powder.

Exercise (3:00 p.m): Spent an hour at the gym. I did 10 burpies in the end and then decided I was done. I felt nauseous.

4:45 p.m: Salad. Arugula, goat cheese, balsamic dressing, TVP, red pepper.

Exercise (8:00 p.m): Did some floor exercises. I'm trying to master push ups. Right now I can do 34 (guy style, no knees on the ground) in 1 minute. I have no eventual goal in mind, I just want to work to better that. Maybe 50?


8:30 p.m: Baby carrots with hummus.
