11:00 a.m: Protein bar

4:00 p.m: Macaroni. Whole wheat pasta, cheese, tomato sauce, corn, asparagus, red pepper, broccoli.
So I had a Halloween party. I spent the rest of the night eating junk. Some veggies. Mostly junk. I'll post a photo or two tomorrow or something.
