Sunday

Exercise (2:30 p.m): 1 hour at the gym

3:45 p.m: Protein shake. Rice milk, banana, strawberry, protein powder, flax seed.

6:00 p.m: At the parent's house. Go suburbia! My mom's version of mac and cheese.
Not letting me rotate. I don't care to fix it.
