Break from gym for a few days. Cause.

9:00 a.m: Protein shake. Rice milk, protein powder, banana, strawberry.

11:45 a.m: Protein bar

2:15 p.m: Oldie I haven't made in a while. Tomato, garlic, parsley, feta cheese, green onion, quinoa, salt, olive oil, lemon.
4:45 p.m: Small bit of cottage cheese 

6:00 p.m: Leftover from lunch

8:15 p.m: Waffle with ice cream. Shhh you.
