I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

6:00 a.m: Banana, small piece of home made banana bread, small mini size Smarties.
Today (minus the Smarties) is no sugar day. Let's see how it goes. Everything has freakin sugar in it.
Exercise (7:00 a.m): 45 min boot camp

10:00 p.m: Yea, super late night at work. I didn't eat. Well, lies. There are still Halloween mini chocolates around and I had a few. So much for no sugar! Whatever. No dinner.
Measurements tomorrow morning. I'm not gonna lie, I don't have high hopes.
