I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

6:00 a.m: Cereal withs ome rice milk
Exercise (7 a.m.): 45 min boot camp. Tough one.
1:30 p.m: Salad. Made it at the salad bar. Spinach, chickpeas, hard boiled egg, sunflower seeds, avocado, mushroom, greek dressing.
2:00 p.m: Bananer
8:00 p.m: Another late night at work. Sushi tonight.
Eating habits have sucked the last week. Must fix!
