I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

Feels like Friday. It's not.
6:00 a.m: Cereal with rice milk
Exercise (7 a.m.): 45 min boot camp. Guest instructor. Always a killer.
9:15 a.m: Omg. So good. Someone at work made oreo wrapped in cookie something or other. I must re-create.
2:00 p.m: Soup. Tofu. Noodles. Veg. Pretty ok.
6:30 p.m: Cool find by work. Veggie panini with some coleslaw. Another sorta late night-ish at work.
