I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

I skipped boot camp. Headache.
One more class left for 2011 though!
Gotta get my ass back in gear.
7:30 a.m: Cereal with rice milk.
12:30 p.m: Hosu! Asian food. Rice, veggies, tofu. The yooj.
6:00 p.m: Last of the Chinese take out. Feeds ya for days!
Current contents of the fridge: Butter, lemon juice, goat cheese. That's IT.
8:45 p.m: Weight Watchers brownie. Ummm, good.
Exercise (9:30 p.m): 45 mins on the treadmill
10:15 p.m: Spoonful of almond butter. Oh yea. Need some crackers or something, asap.
