I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

11:00 a.m: Handful of almonds
12:30 p.m: Met a friend at Fresh. Had a veggie wrap with sweet potato fries
4:30 p.m: Protein shake. Strawberry, banana, orange juice, protein powder
7:15 p.m: Found a nice alternative to eating guacamole with nachos. Carrots! Make the carrots edible. Guac is just avocado, salt, lemon, garlic.
