I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

Went to the parents house to borrow the car for some suburban errands.
11:00 a.m: 2 choc rice crispy squares
1:00 p.m: Some of 'the dip' I took for the fam. They enjoyed it.
3:00 p.m: Tabouli and a cheesey casserole thing. I had it twice.
I also had a few cake pops. That post will appear shortly.
Exercise (9:45 p.m): Too much to do tonight so I did a 30 min Nike Fit workout off the good ol iphone. I took a screen grab at V ups. Hate those.
