6:00 a.m: Some yogurt, almonds

Exercise (7 a.m): 45 min boot camp

12:30 p.m: Salad. Same as last night. Check those deets.

7:00 p.m: Fried veggies in coconut oil, used olive oil/lemon/salt/spices as dressing.
