I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

8:00 a.m: Handful of almonds
1:00 p.m: Falafel sandwich. Cookie.
5:00 p.m: Handful of crap. Delicious crap. Work. You know how it is. Cheese, crackers, baby carrots and hummus, cookies, mini ice cream sandwich
It for food for the night.
Exercise (8:45 p.m): 30 mins on treadmill. Broke a sweat at least. 10 running before I felt barfy.
