I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

9:30 a.m: Granola bar
12:30 p.m: Dinner from last night. Two Hershey's kisses.
3:15 p.m: Apple and almond butter
6:15 p.m: Dinner at work. Goat cheese and spinach quiche and some bean salad. That's beans, not gnocchi. I had my fair share of Hersheys kisses too.
8:30 p.m: I was at work. Small cereal bowl of chips
