I'm sick. Avoid it and act normal? Yes. No drugs for me. Need exercise.

10:30 a.m: Shake. Protein powder, rice milk, banana, strawberries, water

1:45 p.m: Salad. Kale, tomato, wheatberry, dried basil, salt, olive oil, lemon juice, zucchini and onion fried in vegan butter, parmesan cheese.

6:30 p.m: Veggies and hummus

8:30 p.m: Apple with almond butter

My eyes are watering and nose is runny. Ugggggh. Napped for 3 hrs Boring, useless day.

10:00 p.m: Stove top popcorn with choc chips melted in it. mmmm. Try it if you have no fear of diabetes.
