8:00 a.m: Banana

10:30 a.m: Protein, fiber, vitamin something or other hippie drink. Powder and water. Not so bad even though it didn't look appetizing at all. Also had 70% dark chocolate squares.
1:15 p.m: Leftover from last night's dinner

Exercise (7:00 p.m): Finally got to working out. Spent an hour at the gym. Cardio and weights.

8:15 p.m: Protein shake. Coconut milk, frozen berries, protein powder

9:15 p.m: I don't know, felt hungry. Boiled baby brussel sprouts with parmesan and 2 scrambled eggs with vegan butter. No, I'm not vegan. Just bought the butter. It's delicious.
