I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

10:00 a.m: Apple with cinnamon and honey
12:30 p.m: Sandwich. Not that healthy. Whole wheat panini, goat cheese, avocado, arugula, garlic mayo, mushroom, olive oil, lemon, salt.
6:30 p.m: Tabouli and veggies. Picture speaks for itself.
8:00 p.m: I saw a movie - Cabin in the Woods. GOOD. I also had a chocolate yogurt. It was pretty much a McFlurry. Boo.
