1:15 p.m: Almonds

2:30 p.m: At a movie. I had popcorn and an Aero bar. Yup.

Exercise (6 ish): See below. Finally got to 5k. Faster than before. Woohoo! My butt is super sore as well from yesterday. Bahhhh.

8:30 p.m: Chinese food.
