Have a session with the trainer tonight. Excited for it. Haven't worked out in a few days.

I had a few Hershey's kisses in the morning sometime. I also had some plantain chips.

2:00 p.m: I missed lunch today and it worked out to my benefit. There was leftover from a client meeting. Woohoo! It was alright though. Veggie wrap and Greek salad.
3:00 p.m: Delicious slice of banana bread

Exercise (7:00 p.m): Ran 5k. Usual 38 mins like clockwork. How!?! Not 37, not 39... 38.

8:30 p.m: 2 hard boiled eggs, kale chips, tempeh. Didn't finish the tempeh. Over it.
