Don't feel like updating the last few days.

1:30 p.m: 2 scrambled eggs with goat cheese and boiled brussel sprouts.

Exercise (5:00 p.m): Ran 5k. 38 mins, as usual. Sweaty.

6:15 p.m: Salad. Arugula, tomato, green onion, goat cheese, lemon, olive oil, salt, almonds.

7:45 p.m: Almond butter on melba toast.

8:30 p.m: Protein shake. Coconut milk, protein powder, frozen berries

F-ing hungry. Running seems to do that I guess. I keep eating!!
