I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

These were the contents of what I ate yesterday.
Banana, handful of almonds, apple with almond butter and honey, chips, chocolate cake, coconut slushie and chocolate toast.
I missed my boot camp and I'm still pissed about it. Work. I'm going to miss it again tonight and I'm extra pissed about.
