Wednesday

9:30 a.m: Apple with almond butter and honey

1:15 p.m: All Star salad from Fresh with tahini dressing. Loads of veggies and quinoa. Yup. Full. Wait, I had chips too.

Boot camp is planned to be held outdoors tonight. I don't know how I feel about that. It's the hottest day... ever. I will die. I hope it's cancelled and stays indoors.

Exercise (7:30 p.m): yup, boot camp was outside. 1 hour. It wasn't as bad as I thought. We were closer to the lake so there was some breeze. I managed.

8:45 p.m: Protein drink

10:00 p.m: Late dinner, once again. Salad. Arugula, tomato, red pepper, green onion, goat cheese, mushrooms, olive oil, lemon juice, salt.
