Pain. Muscle pain. Good pain. I hurt.

6:00 a.m: handful of almonds

Exercise (7:00 a.m): 45 min boot camp

9:30 a.m: Breakfast sandwich I bought. So damn good. Egg, some pistacchio spread, spinach, something else. Delish.
1:30 p.m: Salad at work, leftover from a pizza lunch. No pizza left. Anyway, it was literally just lettuce and balsamic vinaigrette.. oh, and a dead fly. Yup.

3:00 p.m: Had a 'date almond' smoothie from Fresh. So good!! Almond butter, dates, maple syrup, banana, soymilk, cinnamon. Also a chocolate chip cookie. From Fresh as well so it was made with better ingredients I suppose.

6:30 p.m: Dinner with a friend. Chinese food. Yup.
