Sore throat. Uh oh.

8:0 a.m: Banana

12:15 p.m: Veggie Thai curry with brown rice and a small soup. Full. Too many carbs.

3:15 pm: This. As a perfectly healthy smoothie mix collects dust in the distance.
7:00 p.m: Protein bar

9:30 p.m: Made potato salad. Potato, parsley, green onion, garlic, olive oil, lemon, salt
