So I'm going to Chicago tomorrow. yup.
It will be a food challenge cause the 2 people I am going with won't be as crazy food conscious as I am. I'm going to try and make it a challenge not to let myself slide just cause I'm on vacation. I'm sure I'll indulge in a few things here and there but not as bad as I know I could if lost all control.

10:00 a.m: Few almonds

Exercise (11:00 a.m): Ran 5k

12:15 p.m: Salad (arugula, tomato, green onion, goat cheese, basil, almonds, lemon juice, olive oil), broccoli, hummus.

I went to my parents house. Lots of food was had and dessert. Sugar overload. :( Here are some of the things..

I can't even begin to tell you how good these are...
