I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

Been off for a few days. Meh. Laptops been off, updating via iPhone.
3:00 p.m: protein shake. Rice milk, berries, protein powder
Exercise (4:30 p.m): 1 hr work out. Pain.
8:45 p.m: rice milk with granola cereal.
I have nothing to eat, nothing. These were all my last resort meals. Groceries, tomorrow, maybe.
