12:00 p.m: Handful of almonds

Exercise (1:00 p.m): 5 km jog. It was hot outside, again. I almost died. On the up side, I wore a tank top to run. Hah! I know that sounds strange to some, like that's some sort of achievement, but it is. For one, this is literally the first Summer I ever even started wearing sleeveless shirts in public. I still never felt comfortable even working out in one. Which sucks cause I'm a sweater (not the shirt, haha). I'm not some dainty little girl who sparkles in my make up while working out. I sweat and look like shit. But know what? It's cause I have to work for it. I don't work out cause I feel like I should, it's cause I have too. I'm ranting. Point is, working out in a tank top is a lot easier when it feels like 32 degrees outside. :)


3:00 p.m: Tabouli made of tomato, parsley, green onion, garlic, wheatberry, lemon juice, olive oil, salt. Zucchini strips fried in coconut oil.
8:00 p.m: Some more of the tabouli and an omelet with mushrooms and goat cheese. Had a protein drink shortly after. Just one of those chocolate juice box thingies.

Back to my last two days of boot camp this week, finally!! I'll likely sign up again but it'll depend on if I get into the boxing thingie or not. :)
