I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

12:30 p.m: Leftover from last night. Chow mein noodles with veggies
I have had 3 starbursts and 2 Hershey's kisses.
5:30 p.m: 2 slices of veggie pizza that was at work. A small bowl of chips.
... and that was it. What a day. Got home at 9, fell asleep at 10. Fun.
