I'm back from Chicago!
It was full of delicious food. That means one thing - none of it was good for me. I'll post pics later.

Exercise (11:00 a.m): 5k jog.

12:00 p.m: Protein shake. Coconut milk, berries, protein powder.

Back to healthy eating!!

4:00 p.m: Apple slices with almond butter, honey, cinnamon

6:00 p.m: Parents house. Slice of homemade pizza and a stuffed pepper.

8:00 p.m: Some nachos while I was out.

    I am still doing the paleo "whole 30" so I won't be drinking tonight and can only eat certain things......eeeesh! :S
