I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

8:00 a.m: Handful of almonds for breakfast. Apparently I don't eat now.
1:00 p.m: Veggie Thai curry with brown rice and a small wonton soup
3:30 p.m: Watermelon slices with feta cheese. You don't know how good this is til you've had it.
8:00 p.m: Cousins house. Lots of grilled veggies, hummus, salad. Dessert was had.
