I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

At my parents house so the food options are slim.
12:00 p.m: sandwich. Same as last night.
3:30 p.m: Homemade tabouli, grilled mushrooms, and a veggie burger.
Too much processed garbage food today.
Exercise (7:00 p.m): 5 km run.
8:00 p.m: A salad I made. Broccoli and red pepper. Dressing is Greek yogurt, feta cheese, lemon juice, S&P.
