Also no working out for the next few days. You should know why. So I have to make sure I eat extra healthy.

10:30 a.m: coconut milk, Greek yogurt, frozen berries, protein powder, blend.

2:30 p.m: almonds

6:00 p.m: Falafels and salad.
8:15 p.m: Apple with cashew butter.

9:30 p.m: Mini chocolate bars. Friends houses with temptations!!! ughhhh.
