I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

I started jury duty today. Booooooring. People are annoying.
7:00 a.m: 2 rice cakes with almond butter
1:15 p.m: Not in my usual hood but I'm in the hood for Karine's. yummmmm!
5:00 p.m: Veggie chips
Exercise (6:00 p.m): 30 min treadmill run
7:00 p.m: Stir fry of random veggies. Few spices. It was ok. Had a banana while it was cooking.
