I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

10:00 a.m: 2 scrambled eggs with mushrooms and 1/2 an avocado.
11:30 a.m: Banana
Exercise (12:00 p.m):35 min on treadmill.
1:00 p.m: Parents house. Lentil purée with pita bread and salad. Goooood.
Exercise (3:30 p.m:)Boxing. Last weekend training. Sad.
6:00 p.m: Exact same thing I had for lunch.
9:00 p.m: A delicious smoothie I made. Coconut milk, banana, cocoa powder, coconut flakes, vanilla protein powder, honey.
