7:30 a.m: 2 hard boiled eggs

12:30 p.m: Big lunch. Spinach with some dressing. Sushi (avocado and sweet potato rolls) and then a small egg salad wrap with spinach.

3:00 p.m: Apple and rice cake with cashew butter.

5:00 p.m: 1 timbit!

Exercise (6:15 p.m): 1 hr boot camp. It was good. Felt strong today.

7:30 p.m: Protein drink

9:00 p.m: Banana, a few dates

10:00 p.m: Damn these late dinners. Boot camp and travel and then cooking, this is what happens. Anyway, this is spinach fried with onion and coconut oil. Quinoa. Oven baked sweet potato, cauliflower and broccoli with olive oil. I put tahini over it all. Added a nice flavour.
