Too busy this weekend to update on the hour.

I didn't eat that well.

Exercise: real life boxing training. It was serious. No F-ing around.
Butternut squash soup
Flatbread to die for. Arugula, Bree, pear, caramelized onions, walnuts.. Others. Died.
Lentil purée, pita bread
Protein drink
Plain boiled baby Brussels sprouts with salt
