Tuesday

8:00 a.m: 1 rice cake

12:30 p.m: Leftovers from dinner yesterday + 2 hard boiled eggs.

2:30 p.m: 2 x  85% dark chocolate squares. Apple with almond cashew butter.

Chips were had.

Exercise (6:15 p.m): 1 hr boot camp. Wall sit with 40 overhead chest press. You crazy.

7:30 p.m: protein drink

9:00 p.m: 2 rice cakes with avocado over top. Yum.

11:00 p.m: Banana
