I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

Ok. April. New start. I'm back.
12:15 p.m: Sweet potato I baked in olive oil and some spices. Chopped spinach fried in coconut oil with onion, S&P, curry powder.
That's a small plate by the way.
6:30 p.m: At work. Brown rice with Thai curry tofu and veggies. Here's a pic from the web-site.
I had a few mini chocolate Easter eggs here and there.
