Tuesday

10:30 a.m: A fried egg and cheese English muffin.

12:00 p.m: Exact same as last night's dinner except I added hemp hearts over it all.

There is delicious Dufflet carrot cake in the kitchen for the taking. Exercising all my control. Not having any. So far so good. It has been 6 days without sugar. WTF.

4:00 p.m: A little bit of a butternut squash salad. It had goat cheese, walnuts and some green stuff in it. Almonds too.

Exercise (5:30 p.m): ran 4.3k outside. Was nice. Then on to boot camp for 1 hr and left a sweaty mess.

10:30 p.m: 2 hard boiled eggs. Salad made of tomato, chick peas, basil, feta cheese, green onion, hemp hearts, S&P, olive oil and lemon juice.
