9:30 a.m: Scrambled egg burrito with salsa

12:00 p.m: Another delicious salad.
2:00 p.m: I was at a work event on a rooftop patio whee lots of amazing cheese was served.  I aint complaining.

4:00 p.m: Drink. Raw caco, maca, chia, cinnamon, honey and cayenne.

Exercise (7:00 p.m): 5k run outside

8:30 p.m: Roasted acorn squash in the oven. Stir fried different veggies is coconut oil. Nutritional yeast over it all. Meh! I'm full, fed and don't feel guilty so I guess it's ok.
