Tuesday

8:15 p.m: Smoothie. Coconut milk, protein powder, fibre powder, coconut flakes, cinnamon, banana, honey.

12:00 p.m: Exact same salad as yesterday

I don't know if I'm feeling the coconut milk from this morning. Normally I have coconut milk from a carton, so it's not as heavy. This was real coconut milk. It was leftover from I think like last Friday or something. Is that too long? I don't know. It's all I can still taste and I don't like it.

1:45 p.m: A friggin delicious chocolate chip walnut cookie

Exercise (7:00 p.m): 5.5k run outside

8:45 p.m: oh ya. This is some good eatin'! Cauliflower crust pizza with loads of veggies and feta cheese. Spinach salad with tomato, quinoa and olive oil/lemon dressing.
