I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

9:00 a.m: Egg salad sandwich (hah!) It's been a while and I was starving for breakfast. It's all I could think of to eat!
Also, boot camp starts again today. Yayyyyyyy!
Had some delicious chocolate that came all the way from France.
1:30 p.m: Veggie/tofu curry with brown rice.
Exercise (6:15 p.m): 1 hr boot camp. Circuit with machines.
