- Tomato with feta cheese, hemp hearts, and olive oil. 2 scrambled eggs with onion, mushroom, spinach and butter. 
- A bunch of body weight floor exercises 
- Salad. Pan fried mushrooms, onion and sweet potato in coconut oil. Mixed in with spinach, tomato, feta cheese and quinoa. Lemon and olive oil dressing.
- Shake. Carton style coconut milk, protein powder, fibre powder, strawberry, banana, ice
- Stove top popcorn
