I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

- 2 scrambled eggs with butter, spinach, onion, feta cheese. Diced sweet potato and onion fried in coconut oil.
- A slice of veggie pizza, taste of a lobster and crab dip and the grand finale, the reason I skipped dinner. The 'my cookie ate your brownie' with a scoop of ice cream from Jack Astors.
