.... and the longest week of life award goes to... this week.

- Carrots and celery with ranch dip.
- Salad. Greens, feta cheese, strawberries, quinoa, dates, avocado, onion, balsamic dressing.
- Banana.
- Handful of salted almonds.
- Chia seeds with almond milk, honey, cocoa powder and raspberries.
- 5.5k run outside. Good stuff. Ideal run weather.
- 2 hard boiled eggs, boiled veggies. Nutritional yeast over it.

Today was a perfect no fail day. I wish every day was like this.
