I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

- Egg salad on brown bread
- Exact same as last night's dinner.
- Carrots with a bit of ranch dip
- Salted almonds
- Miss. Vickie's plain chips. Probably a small Halloween bag size's worth?
- 1 hr outdoor boot camp. You know what's gross? Having to lay on your back on a muddy grass floor of a park. I'm sure it was filled with dog piss.
- Protein shake. Coconut milk, strawberry, banana, protein powder.
