Saturday

- Blueberries and quinoa
- 1.5 hrs outside training and some sparring with fellow boxing teammates
- Protein drink, 3 rice cakes
- Cottage cheese
- Almonds
- Good. In a pan --> coconut oil, tomato, mushroom, spinach, onion, zucchini, quinoa, black beans, taco seasoning.
