It's Friday, and I'm back.

Ok, just over two weeks to fight night. I need to buckle down. Let's come back to this.

- 30 min treadmill run
- Shrimp with marinara, mixed nuts
- Pretzels
- Salad with greens, feta, blueberries, strawberries, feta, chicken, balsamic dressing.
- Protein bar
- Vietnamese food with friends. Not the worst, I tried.
